He held leadership roles for financial advisors and sales training managers. In April 2009, he started The Referral Navigator, a company that advises business owners, sales leaders and rainmakers on strategy; moderates business panel discussions and workshops; and helps owners, consultants, attorneys and financial professionals improve the bottom line through referrals.
